Liberty’s Chief Operating Officer, Sue Nayda and Vice President of Program Development, Chris Baglio recently attended the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) conference where they met with policymakers and those who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs to discuss approaches and strategies to improve provider performance and help aging individuals and adults with disabilities maximize their independence and quality of life.
