Director of Program Development
Chris Baglio is a doctoral-level clinical manager with more than 28 years of experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging. He has advanced graduate-level training and knowledge in psychology, applied behavior analysis, behavioral pharmacology, measurement, statistics, and research design and methodology. He has published 36 articles, book chapters, and scales, and has presented at 34 national conferences relative to the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Chris has also held faculty positions, teaching learning and behavior assessment, and graduate-level research methodology. He also reviews manuscripts submitted for publication to the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders.
As Director of Program Development at Liberty, Chris plans and executes the company’s growth strategy, including facility management, case management, quality programs, and staffing service lines, resulting in the acquisition of significant new business. He routinely meets with client stakeholders and provides technical support to the Liberty team throughout program development and implementation. For a period of four years, he directed the firm’s quality project in Indiana, which provided support for the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, as well as the Division of Aging. Prior to joining Liberty, Chris provided psychology/behavior analysis for ICF/IID centers in Louisiana and Illinois, and worked directly with community provider agencies in educational, residential, and day program settings.
