Executive Vice President
Rick Robinson has dedicated his career to supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness and their families. He is an advocate at heart. He has more than 40 years of experience managing the design and delivery of innovative and values-driven health and human services programs for public and private sector organizations.
As Liberty’s Executive Vice President, Rick is responsible for understanding a complex, rapidly changing healthcare marketplace, developing new programs and services, and building relationships with customers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to support our mission of changing lives by impacting health and social outcomes for some of the nation’s most vulnerable and complex citizens. He establishes strong, mutually beneficial partnerships and delivers results that meet and exceed contract requirements and customer expectations. He has developed and operated multiple “turnarounds,” large-scale health workforce outsourcings, facility and program management contracts, and quality/performance assessment services in nearly half of the United States.
Rick earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree in american civilization, cum laude, from Lafayette College.
