Vice President, Operations
Todd Graybill primarily manages Liberty’s hospital, behavioral health, and employer-based occupational health and primary care clinic services for an expanding portfolio of major corporations, hospitals, and state governments. With over 25 years of experience as a hospital CEO and state behavioral health executive, he applies his operational success in health unit management and hospital turnarounds to implement and manage Liberty contracts with optimal outcome and efficiency.
Todd is skilled in strategic planning, business development, program development, regulatory compliance, budget management, and health care operations. He applies his strong working knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and government regulations pertaining to the health care industry to the planning, directing, and coordinating of activities consistent with contractual requirements, policies and procedures, regulations, and the achievement of desired operational, clinical, and financial goals.
Prior to joining Liberty, Todd earned a reputation for “turning around” troubled operations by specializing as an interim CEO for both private and state-owned facilities and hospital systems in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, South Carolina, Indiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, and California. Previously, he was CEO of Charter Hospital System in Louisville, KY where he had operational responsibility for a tri-state psychiatric health system consisting of an inpatient hospital and four outpatient clinics. He has held leadership positions over multi-facility and multi-state health systems with workforces ranging from the hundreds to the thousands and serving large populations with developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
Todd earned a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Messiah College.
