Aging & Disability
Liberty Healthcare has been providing programs and services to aging individuals and adults with disabilities since the late 1980s. Our responsibilities in one state span all of the services to this population provided by the state. Provision of medical and behavioral supports, including the development of specialized programs for adults with traumatic brain injury, are among the responsibilities of the Liberty team in this state. Through our provision of individualized treatment using multiple modalities, Liberty’s teams stabilize acute conditions, facilitate the development of self-management skills, and build on personal strengths to allow people, whenever possible, to safely return and maintain stable, productive lives in the community.
Liberty provides medical leadership and on-site clinical staffing for long-term care facilities, implements acute and long-term geropsychiatry treatment programs, manages statewide assessments for personal care services, and has provided statewide quality oversight for thousands of geriatric and disabled elderly citizens.
