Liberty on-site occupational health programs offer ergonomic consultation and assistance. Liberty's occupational health programs are site-specific. During Liberty's program implementation phase, staff will review current existing practices and work with an interdisciplinary team to attain compliance with ADA, regulatory surveillance and any state mandated programs. Liberty will also work with an employer's TPA to achieve accurate Workers' Compensation claims management for injured employees.

Primary Health Care Services
Liberty provides comprehensive primary care-driven health care service programs that interact and coordinate with local specialists and hospitals to optimize the quality and cost effectiveness of medical treatment. Liberty's on-site primary care programs also feature health programs and services focused on improving patient health and well being.
Features of an on-site primary care program managed by Liberty Healthcare include:

- Health care for adolescents and children, including back-to-school and sports physicals

Disease Management Program
Disease Management Program
Employees enrolled in Liberty's Disease Management Program have scheduled meetings with the on-site Health Care Professional (HCP) to review, revise and reinforce the employee's responsibility and compliance issues. Treatment milestones and successes are applauded.
Information from these sessions is used by Liberty's Health and Wellness Program to generate reports on an individual level and across the cohort of specific diseases. Employers are invited to share success stories as well as their need to have increased support or programmatic changes.

On-Site and Wellness Programs
Liberty's health and wellness programs are designed to enlist employees as partners in their own health care to maintain wellness and prevent disease. They can be stand-alone programs or integrated with those offered by the employer's health plan and/or third party administrator.
Elements of Liberty's advanced wellness program include Nutrition Management, Stress Management, and Exercise and Lifestyle Modification.
Available health and wellness programs include wellness education in the form of seminars, brochures, employee health fairs and health topics of the month. Liberty will also perform health screenings and targeted, prevention-oriented wellness programs dependent on factors unique to each "company" health profile.
Examples of Liberty's targeted advanced wellness programs include the following:
- Smoking Cessation Program
Liberty supplies information to the employer to support a safe environment and distributes information and education to employees to raise the level of awareness and knowledge of the dangers of smoking.
Liberty's staff at the on-site clinic facilitates participation in national "Smoke Out" campaigns.
On an individual level, Liberty's staff partners with smokers and enlists the buddy system to assist smokers in reaching their goal of quitting.
- Weight Management
Liberty provides an on-site weight management program that includes a lifestyle assessment of eating habits and establishes individual actions and goals for diet and exercise.
- Stress Management
Liberty provides information and educational "brown bag" seminars at lunch time on-site.
Liberty works with the employer and its insurance company program to assist the employee in managing his/her stress.
