Liberty’s experience in forensic mental health includes providing timely competency restoration services in hospital and jail based settings; operation of secure mental health treatment programs for adjudicated youth as well as persons found not guilty by reason of insanity; community management of conditionally released sexually violent predators and forensic assertive community treatment programs.

Sex Offender Management Services
Liberty develops, implements, and operates treatment programs within secure facilities that are based on assessed risk level. Community based programs provide ongoing treatment and specialized monitoring utilizing current technologies. In addition to serving adult males, Liberty delivers sex offense-specific treatment for females, juveniles, and other special needs offenders, such as those with intellectual disabilities and civilly committed sexually violent predators.

Liberty's Re-Entry Services assist offenders to successfully transition into the community with housing, employment, substance abuse treatment and other supports and have proven to reduce the likelihood of re-incarceration and technical violations.
